Declaration: By completing and sending this order form, I confirm I am committing to commission Kerstin Lankey (trading as Pintoleenibod Portraits) to produce an original artwork as detailed in my message and commit to pay the 50% non-refundable deposit within 2 calendar days of this date. I also confirm that the balance will be paid in full, five working days before the agreed portrait start date and understand that if the balance is not paid by that date, my booking will be taken off the schedule and the deposit will not be refunded.
